Success with McKirdy Trained:
As leaders in the coaching world, they pride themselves in service to all levels of ability. In the last two years alone they’ve served over 1,000 Boston Marathon qualifying efforts, personal bests ranging from the 5k to the 100-mile distances, and even Olympians (7th place in the Paris Olympic Marathon!). Their average debut marathoner is right around 3:45:00/4:20:00 (male/female). That’s quite a bit faster than the overall national average finish time of 4:20:00/4:48:00. Working with them has proven to allow athletes to find a safe and development-focused environment where you can not just complete the race but do so safely.
